Sound meditation / sound journey


Go on a journey with soothing sounds and make your soul vibrate.

In this day and age, the basic human need for peace, quiet and relaxation is often lost or simply receives too little attention. By perceiving the sound and the vibrations, you concentrate fully on your body and your feelings.

Once you have made yourself comfortable (lying or sitting), all you need to do is follow my sounds and let your thoughts drift away. You will soon feel how easy it is for you to let go and relax completely.

During the sound journey (unlike meditation), my words are accompanied by sounds. Using your imagination, positive images and feelings will emerge, allowing you to return to everyday life invigorated and full of energy.

Whichever of the two meditations you choose, both methods are effective mindfulness exercises that sharpen your awareness and help you to be completely with yourself again.
